The Gremio Militar is a military club on the Praya just beyond the Public Gardens. It is a tasteful, pretty, little building containing Reading Room, Card-rooms, &c, &c., The Committee is composed of a President, a Vice-President. a Treasurer, a Secretary, and a Vice-Secretary. It appears to have been somewhat enlarged of late years. “
